Sideline Apparel Store Policy

Store Policies Delivery Orders received will usually be shipped within 48 hours provided the item/s ordered are in stock. UPS Ground is no longer guaranteed for Christmas delivery. We make every effort to have an inventory system that is 100% accurate.  The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time. Authenticity The increasing popularity of fakes and variants has caused a growing concern among consumers seeking authentic products. At Sideline Apparel, we've developed relationships with manufacturers over the last 20+ years we've been in business and we take in pride in offering only authentic shoes & apparel. The companies products we carry fight diligently to make sure others are not producing fakes and variants. Our products are guaranteed 100% authentic. If you ever have a question about a site we recommend you contact the local Chamber of Commerce branch where the company in question is located. Many times they can verify a company’s reputation and service. Another good way to spot sites selling fakes is if they are selling all of their shoes for the same price and well below what other sites are charging. Out of Stock Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.				How We Do Business Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. When returning merchandise please include a copy of your packing slip. If more than 1 item is listed please mark the returning item(s) and explain why you are returning the merchandise. Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise.
