What happens if there is a price change on an item I have already purchased? If there is a price reduction on an item after you have already purchased it, we will honor the price change if it is within 15 days of the purchase date. The credited amount will be in the form of store credit and can be applied to a future purchase.
Where is my order? You can check the status of your order using the link within your email confirmation online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that this screen does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately one business day, so an item showing as pending or no status may still be in process or may have already shipped.
What happens if my package is lost? We will file a claim with the shipper. We are not liable for lost packages where customer does not require a signature.
What happens my merchandise is defective? If the merchandise you receive is defective you may return it for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. If your merchandise is a worn\damaged problem, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for inspection. If our inspectors find the damage to be a manufacturers defect, your item will be credited toward another item. If it not found to be a manufacture defect, the merchandise will be returned at customers expense. Merchandise over 90 days old will not be accepted.
Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock? If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price, will display "out of stock" and the order button will not be displayed. The information listed on the item page will be the most up to date information that we have in regards to an item's in-stock availability. Due to the huge selection of merchandise that we carry it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If an item that you’ve ordered is out of stock or backordered you will be notified by email and/or phone call within 24-48 hours. Please note our inventory is extremely accurate with a projected accuracy rate of 98%. If you feel any hesitancy to order you can call us toll-free @ (877)935-7365 and we can hand-check any item in question.
If I place an order, how quickly will it arrive? Delivery time is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. As indicated on our site orders received before 2 p.m. C.S.T. will usually ship the same business day. For the most up to date information about how quickly an item can be shipped to you, check the product page that displays the product image, price and detailed description.
Can you mail me a catalog? At this time Sideline Apparel does not produce a printed catalog. Our complete selection of merchandise is available to view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at SidelineApparel.Com
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary and depend on the method you choose. To determine what the shipping costs are for a purchase please visit our Shipping Information section we have provided.
What Payment Options Do You Offer? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Your credit card will be authorized at the time your order is placed.
How Much is Sales Tax? Sales tax is only applied to orders that are being shipped within the state of Texas. If you are having merchandise shipped to an address in Texas you will be charged the standard 8.25% sales tax. Orders being shipped anywhere outside the state of Texas will only be charged for shipping.
How Do I Redeem a coupon? If you are on our mailing list you will receive coupons via email from time to time. If you have received a coupon and you would like to redeem it, add the items that you’d like to purchase to your cart and then begin the checkout process. Enter the coupon code at the checkout screen. The discount will be applied and displayed in the order screen.
