Returns & Exchanges
Purchases (EXCEPT PRE-RELEASE PURCHASE ITEMS) may be returned for exchange or credit as long as
merchandise is received WITHIN 30 DAYS from original order date.
Credit (less shipping charges) will be issued within 5-7 business days upon receipt of return whether they are customer returns or orders returned due to bad address or failure to provide signature. Orders returned that qualified for FREE SHIPPING will have the actual shipping charges deducted from credit. Exchanges will be shipped (with additional shipping charges
added) as soon as available.
All merchandise must be returned in original packaging in original, unworn condition with all tags
still attached. SHOE RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK INSIDE A PACKING CARTON. ANY RETURNS SHIPPED IN SHOE BOXES WILL BE REFUSED.
We will not accept laundered items. If you
wash an item it is yours.
**ORDERS NOT SIGNED FOR AND RETURNED WILL HAVE SHIPPING CHARGES BOTH WAYS DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.**
