Returns & Exchanges

Purchases (EXCEPT PRE-RELEASE PURCHASE ITEMS) may be returned for exchange or credit as long as merchandise is received WITHIN 30 DAYS from original order date.

Credit (less shipping charges) will be issued within 5-7 business days upon receipt of return. Orders returned that qualified for FREE SHIPPING will have our posted shipping charges deducted from credit issued (up to a maximum of $13.00). Exchanges will be shipped (with additional shipping charges added) as soon as available.

All merchandise must be returned in original packaging in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

We will not accept laundered items. If you wash an item it is yours.

**Orders that are refused upon delivery are subject to $10 per order + 10% restocking fee**
