Item wasn’t in stock after the purchase but I received a phone call telling me so. They gave me the opportunity to switch the size and/or colors/team. Because they called, I was able to switch the item to another and still have it in time for Christmas. I greatly appreciated the call but maybe they can work on updating their internet shopping so items out of stock appear as such. Quality of item was great.

Customer service was great! Ultimately I ordered the wrong size and have to return the product. But customer service kept me up to date on product shipment and got the product to me before Christmas even though I ordered very late. I would definitely order from them again.

Sideline apparel, I was looking for the most inexpensive authentic jersey and that's how I found you by searching online. Actually, my son found you first. This is his birthday present for his 14th birthday. After he showed me your site I went online to be sure you were the lowest, most reasonable priced. I always search several sites for the same product to get the best price. I am always seeking LOW shipping rates too. I look for free shipping or low shipping whenever I buy online. Free shipping is a huge enticement to me. Also, you were one of the few online stores that carried the "shadow" authentic jerseys that I could find. We cannot find them in any mall around us. Even the larger sport stores. I appreciate the email and felt it was personal and that is always a bonus. I come from a self-employed family and the customer-first is the best policy. I found a Billy Sims 1980 Orange Bowl, field general jersey on their website. This is the only Billy Sims field general jersey I have found to date. Not only was it less expensive than I was expecting, but it was on sale. So the price was even less than the lower normal price. They also had the bigger sizes. Since I am kind of a big guy, I needed a 3-4X and they had both. The shipping was great. I placed my order on a Saturday and they stated about five business days for my order to arrive. So, Monday would have been business day one, and I received my jersey on Wednesday. I have already referred about three people to www.sidelineapparel.com and will continue to do so. I am also planning on buying more jerseys from them in the very near future.

I would recommend them to my friends in a heart beat, great company.

I had been looking for a Carson Palmer/Bengals jersey for my husband's birthday for about a month online since I am in Texas, and Dallas prevails here. Everywhere I looked, they were either sold out in Large or on back-order for 2 months. I found this site and saw they had it in stock. I was a little skeptical because I figured it was just a pre-order for November. I called and the friendly service rep confirmed they had it and could ship it out the same day. This site has the FASTEST shipping I have ever seen. It was supposed to be 3-day shipping... it was mailed Monday morning, and i received it Tuesday afternoon. I'm glad to finally find a site that has big sizes. I've looked everywhere for a site or store that has an alternate blue Julius Peppers jersey in my size, and I finally found one here. I'm a big guy - I usually wear a 6X in a standard t-shirt to get the loose fit I prefer (it's not easy). So, I was a little worried after taking the chance and ordering a 5X from sideline apparel, but it came, and it fit fine. So, to all you other big guys out there don't be afraid to order from this site - they've got our back! This has to be the smoothest, quickest, and overall best experience I’ve ever had ordering a product online.

I recently purchased a new black Kevin Jones Detroit Lions jersey from your company. Believe it or not, this was the first time I have ever ordered anything from the Internet. I was concerned because it was for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was the only thing that he wanted. I could not find that specific jersey in a certain size until I searched the web for an hour and came to your site. There was a problem with the security code on the back of my credit card, and I had the pleasure of talking to Tony the next day in order to figure the problem out. He was nice enough to change the address so a signature would not be required. He processed the order that day and had the package sent off with 3-day Fed Ex. To my amazement, the jersey arrived at my work in Boulder, Colorado the very next day! I gave my boyfriend his jersey last night and he absolutely loved it, exactly what he wanted for his birthday! None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for your company, and I just wanted to write and say how impressed I am with the whole process. The best part about dealing with Sideline apparel is their customer service. Immediately after submitting my order, I had a question about the item I ordered, thinking that I may have bought the wrong item. Having bought items on the net before, I realized that I was probably out of luck, but I sent an e-mail to their customer service anyway. Within 30 minutes, I had received an answer to my question. My purchase arrived exactly when they said it would; the quality was great, and the price was reasonable. Also, the tracking information was accurate. These are good people, and Ill do business with them again.
